1、高壓柜:
高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)柜(ju)(ju)又可稱為高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓開關(guan)柜(ju)(ju),是指用于電(dian)(dian)力系統發電(dian)(dian)、輸電(dian)(dian)、配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)能轉換和(he)(he)消耗中(zhong)起(qi)通斷、控(kong)制或(huo)保護等作用,電(dian)(dian)壓等級在(zai)3.6kV~550kV的(de)電(dian)(dian)器產(chan)品,主要(yao)包括高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓斷路器、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓隔離開關(guan)與接地(di)開關(guan)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓負荷開關(guan)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓自(zi)動重(zhong)(zhong)合與分段器,高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓操(cao)作機構、高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓防爆配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)裝置和(he)(he)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓開關(guan)柜(ju)(ju)等幾大(da)類。高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)壓開關(guan)制造(zao)業(ye)是輸變(bian)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備制造(zao)業(ye)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)組成部(bu)分,在(zai)整(zheng)個電(dian)(dian)力工業(ye)中(zhong)占有非常(chang)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)地(di)位。

電(dian)力(li)系統(tong)中的(de)(de)負(fu)載類型(xing)大(da)(da)部分屬于(yu)感(gan)性(xing)負(fu)載,加上用(yong)(yong)電(dian)企(qi)業普遍(bian)廣泛地(di)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)子(zi)設(she)備,使(shi)(shi)電(dian)網(wang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因(yin)(yin)(yin)數較低(di)。較低(di)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因(yin)(yin)(yin)數降低(di)了設(she)備利用(yong)(yong)率(lv)(lv),增加了供電(dian)投資,損害(hai)了電(dian)壓質量,降低(di)了設(she)備使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)增加了線路損耗。為(wei)了改善電(dian)網(wang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因(yin)(yin)(yin)數低(di)下(xia)帶來的(de)(de)能(neng)源浪(lang)費(fei)和這些不(bu)利供電(dian)生產(chan)的(de)(de)因(yin)(yin)(yin)素,必須使(shi)(shi)電(dian)網(wang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因(yin)(yin)(yin)數得到有效(xiao)的(de)(de)提高。顯然(ran)這些無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)如果(guo)都要(yao)由發電(dian)機提供并遠距(ju)離傳送是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)合(he)理的(de)(de),通常也是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)可(ke)能(neng)的(de)(de)。合(he)理的(de)(de)辦法就是(shi)(shi)(shi)在需要(yao)無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)的(de)(de)地(di)方(fang)產(chan)生無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),即增加無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)補償(chang)設(she)備與裝置
