The Apopka Voice Reader Poll 2.0Decision Apopka 2018Happy New Year Apopka. Are you ready for the campaign season? On Tuesday, March 13th Apopka will elect a mayor and two city commissioners. That’s only  62 days away. That puts us in the home stretch. The names Kilsheimer, Nelson, Velazquez, Bell, Koutsoulieris, Nolan, Kidd, Knight, Mott, and Smith will be abundantly more visible as the 10 candidates for Apopka Mayor, and City Commission Seats #1 and #2 begin to roll out their messages on how they would lead the community.Very soon, you can expect to see online advertising, social media posts, display advertising, bumper stickers, yard signs, and knocks on their doors from these candidates hoping to occupy seats on the City Council. The Apopka Voice has promised to keep its readers, and the voters of Apopka informed on this historic election, and this is the next step.Where do these races stand? On Friday at noon, The Apopka Voice will publish its Reader’s Poll, which will close on Monday, January 15th at noon. This is the second Apopka Voice Reader Poll of the campaign season. The first was published in early December, but a lot has changed since then. Will the results change? This is not a scientific poll. The margin of error is unknown, but it should reflect a snapshot of where our readers stand, with approximately two months to go before Election Day. So on Friday, vote for the candidates you think will best lead this community into its promising future. LEAVE A REPLY Cancel reply You have entered an incorrect email address! England vs France Semi Final preview

first_imgFriday Oct 12, 2007 England vs France Semi Final preview With both sides having reached the Semi Finals with narrow wins against Southern Hemisphere giants, England and France are both one step away from the World Cup final. For England, their supporters will be over the moon as based on previous performances they never would have expected it. England have come to the party though, and lets not forget that they are the current World Champions after all.France on the other hand have the expectations of a nation on their shoulders, which could have a great positive effect on the side, or the pressure to perform will be too much for them.Don’t count on seeing an expansive game if thats what you were hoping for. Both sides have excellent forward packs and will no doubt battle it out up front, with their respective quality kickers have pot shots at goal and exchanging penalties.Personally I think France have the edge, but if this world cup has shown us one thing, it’s that you should always expect the unexpected. Enjoy this compilation clip of previous England vs France encounters as we count down to the crunch game tomorrow evening in Paris.
