Port City Community Church brings resources to the community

first_img Executive Pastor Richie Marshall says he was in contact with Convoy of Hope as Florence was headed to the Carolinas.“In reality its going to be really months,” says Marshall “Things will scale as things begin to come up online but right now with such desperation in our infrastructure we felt we needed to get the critical supplies out into the community.”Convoy of Hope is a faith based organization that deploys out into communities during disaster relief.The church is also offering a walk-up service for those who want to pick up supplies. Port City Community Church is located at 250 Vision Drive in Wilmington, NC.Samaritan’s Purse is also stationed at the church and will be assessing the community for debris clean-up.Port City Community Church added a Brunswick County location for free supplies on Wednesday.  If you need anything please visit them at the entrance to Magnolia Greens in Leland.
